Tim Ho Wan – 添好運點心專門店

Hong Kong Dim Sum at its finest here in Taipei. Really the standout item for me at Tim Ho Wan was the fried Tofu: so light and crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. I can’t wrap my head around how they fry it to be like that. The rest of the Dim Sum we had was good, not particularly spectacular but easily an 8 and above (on a 1-10 score).

I would come here just for the fried tofu dim sum.
