Tiger WenZhou Style Noodles – 老虎醬溫州大餛飩

Very good noodle house that made our noodles and dumplings fresh to order. None of it is frozen and served (like a lot of places stateside). The Tiger sauce is a good hot and spicy flavor that needs to be eaten with care, but not so overwhelming that you can’t taste the rest of the dishes offered.

The dumplings are unusually large, but other than that nothing spectacular. Definitely come here for the noodles.
