Sushi Express Songjiang – 爭鮮迴轉壽司-松江店

This sushi express is one of over 300 sushi expresses found worldwide. It’s Taiwan’s largest sushi brand according to their website. I’ve seen a Sushi Express in California, and the quality and service is definitely not the same. They take out whole (perhaps previously frozen fish), and prepare the sushi. There is often a bit of a wait during busy lunch and dinner sessions, but it’s often still worth it.

Each plate is roughly $1 USD, and even for a sushi lover like myself, I always find some sushi that satisfies at that price point per plate. (I wouldn’t attempt to try the same elsewhere, particularly USA side). Most importantly is that the quality has proven to be fairly consistent over the years.
