Make reservations if you want to come for dinner. Every table is booked weeks in advance most of the time, and the only way to make reservations is by calling. It was featured on Trip Advisor and of course accepts Visa and American Express, making it that much easier for foreign visitors short on cash.

The fried and slow roasted pork was crunchy on outside, soft and flavorful on the inside.
However the real star of the meal was the flavorful soups which are made in two stages. The first stage a traditional, dense doughy pancake is brought out for us to peel off pieces and throw into a bowl.
That is then taken back to the kitchen where the rest of the soup is made around this key ingredient with our choice of meats. What comes out later is this delicious soup which doesn’t look like much, but is so rich and full of flavor that the picture simply does no justice.
If you can get reservations for this place, its a must visit.
